Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Orders Only)
The return service is available to U.S. orders only.
At RC City US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery for an exchange, refund, or repair (for defective items). Items must be returned complete, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Defective or Damaged Items
For quality or defect issues, we provide a full refund, repair, or one-time free replacement within the same 30-day window. In such cases, RC City US will issue a prepaid return shipping label and cover all return costs.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team at support@rccityus.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- We’ll reply with shipping instructions and a prepaid label if RC City US is at fault.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Full refunds (including original shipping) are issued for fault-based returns.
- Non-fault returns will incur a restocking fee of 2.6% (credit card) or 3.6% (PayPal / Stripe) and exclude original shipping.
- Used, installed, or incomplete items may be declined or refunded partially after inspection.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risks unless RC City US is at fault. All returns must be shipped via a trackable method; insurance is recommended for high-value items. If RC City US is at fault (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), a prepaid return label will be provided.
Refused Deliveries
Refusing delivery of an order will result in a fee equal to twice the original shipping cost, deducted from your refund. This does not apply to standard returns initiated after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked on product page).
- Customized or special-order products.
- Items explicitly marked “non-returnable.”
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within 30 days and are subject to availability. Please contact our support team to confirm product availability before returning your item. The same conditions and fees apply.
