At RC City US, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, timelines, and responsibilities for U.S. orders placed through www.rccityus.com.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship internationally. Orders placed with non-U.S. delivery addresses will be canceled and refunded automatically.
2. Processing & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or large freight orders (such as batteries, solar panels, or carports) may require additional handling time of up to 7–10 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and major LTL freight providers depending on the product type and destination. All shipments include tracking details, sent to your email once dispatched.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by location and carrier service:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Freight or palletized shipments: 7–14 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier constraints, weather, or high-volume periods. RC City US is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the shipment has left our facility.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Some large or freight-based items may have flat-rate or quoted shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless RC City US is at fault (e.g., defective, incorrect, or damaged item).
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged package, note it with the carrier and contact us immediately at support@rccityus.com within 48 hours with photos. We will assist in filing claims or replacements as necessary.
7. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Refusing delivery or providing incorrect shipping information may result in additional fees. A refused-delivery fee equal to twice the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For redeliveries, new shipping fees will apply.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or your RC City US account dashboard.
