Cancellation Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

At RC City US, we strive to provide flexibility for our customers. You may cancel or modify your order before it ships, subject to the conditions below. This policy applies to all orders placed on www.rccity.us.

How to Cancel or Modify an Order

Timeframe

• No-Fee Cancellations: You may cancel or modify your order at no charge within 48 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered the “Processing” stage (sent to the warehouse for packing).
• Cancellations Before Shipment: If the order is in “Processing” but has not shipped (no tracking number assigned), cancellations or modifications will incur a restocking fee (see Fees below).
• After Shipment: Once a tracking number is assigned, cancellations or modifications are not permitted. You may still use our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Process

1. Contact Customer Support at support@rccityus.com or call 1 (254) 294-6762 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST).
2. Provide your order number and details of your cancellation or modification request.
3. We will confirm the status within 1–3 business days and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–30 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Fees

• No-Fee: Within 48 hours if order not in “Processing.”
• Restocking Fee: For cancellations after 48 hours but before shipment:
  • 20% of order total for credit card payments.
  • 20% of order total for PayPal or Stripe payments.
  • An additional 3% processing fee will be charged on all orders equal or greater than $1000 USD
• Refused Delivery: Refusing delivery will result in a fee equal to twice the original shipping cost, deducted from your refund.

Non-Cancelable Orders

• Customized or special-order items.
• Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such on the product page).
• Orders already assigned a tracking number (shipped).
